Richard Lowenstein

Richard Lowenstein was born in Melbourne, Australia in 1959.  He has directed and produced five feature films including Strikebound, Dogs In Space, Say A Little Prayer, He Died With A Felafel In His Hand and the feature documentary We’re Livin’ On Dog Food. He has also produced two award-winning satirical TV series for SBS, John Safran’s Music Jamboree and John Safran versus GOD as well as the documentary Intangible Asset Number 82. He is a partner in the Melbourne-based production company GHOST with Lynn-Maree Milburn and Andrew de Groot, and a partner in Fandango Australia Pty Ltd. Richard co-produced In Bob We Trust, and co-produced and co-directed Autoluminescent: Rowland S Howard and Ecco Homo. In 2019 he  produced, directed and edited the feature documentary Mystify Michael Hutchence.
