Julia Overton has worked in the screen industry across all genres in Australia, the UK and Canada. Julia is known for her support and nurturing of the best in directing, producing and writing talents. She has worked with all key government funding bodies in Australia and New Zealand and has strong international ties with financiers, production entities and sales agents. From 2001 – 2011 she was Development and Investment Manager at Screen Australia and it’s predecessor agencies Film Finance Corporation and Australian Film Commission.
